Strip away the excess and carry your techo with a sleek profile. We have put together a collection of techo covers designed for ultimate simplicity.

The lineup includes Folio, which features a custom elastic band for a minimal finish; Only is Not Lonely, designed with a thoroughly compact shape in mind; and Glow, a tri-fold cover that makes luxurious use of leather.

Crafted from three distinct materials and tailored in their own unique ways, we hope you enjoy comparing the comfortably slim designs of each one.

We have created a techo cover named “Folio,” meaning “folded in two.” It’s a cloth book cover style that slips right onto the Hobonichi Techo book: simply slide the front and back covers of the book into the sleeves, and you’re set. Thin, light, and easy to hold, it’s a design that pursues pure simplicity.

The cover is made from a thick, firm cotton fabric treated with a polyurethane coating. The result is smooth to the touch yet impressively durable.

The message on this cover reminds us that being alone doesn’t have to mean being lonely.

It comes with an elastic band, and the lightweight faux leather material is great for casual use. By eliminating the pockets and “butterfly-stopper” pen holders found on our standard covers, we’ve created a design that’s as compact and easy to carry as possible.

Glow - Introducing Glow, a leather techo cover that grows more beautiful with use — developing a shine and patina that reflect the steps you’ve taken along the way.

The leather is “Toscano Liscio,” a smooth leather from Conceria 800 (Ottocento), a tannery in Tuscany, Italy. Made using the traditional Bagnetto method, in which 100% vegetable tannins are carefully worked into every single fiber, the surface is fine-grained and wonderfully pleasant to the touch.

Pre-Order Period

• Closes: August 31 at 11:59 PM (CEST)

All pre-orders will be placed on Hobonichi Japanese website on September 1.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped as soon as it arrives at ABJournals. The estimated delivery date is currently to be confirmed and depends on Hobonichi's shipping schedule and international delivery.

Product Availability

While I will do my best to secure every item, Hobonichi products are available in limited quantities and availability cannot be guaranteed.

If I am unable to purchase any item from your order, you will receive a full refund for that item using the original payment method.

Combining Orders

If you would like to combine multiple orders into one shipment, please contact me.

If you have already placed an order and would like to add more items, simply place a new order and leave a note (or contact me) requesting that the orders be combined. Any excess shipping charges for the combined shipment will be refunded.
