Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@abjournals.ch with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Items marked as final sale
