Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within Switzerland via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via Swiss Post.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@abjournals.ch within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Swiss Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
